Reservations canceled up to 72 hours prior to the arrival date will be refunded the advance deposit less (1) room night deposit for each reserved rooms (room rate + tax) charged by the hotel. Cancellation within 48 hours.

Reservations will require one night’s stay plus tax to be paid as an advance deposit to hold the reservation. This must be paid via credit card. Reservations canceled up to 72 hours prior to the arrival date will be refunded the advance deposit less (1) room night deposit for each reserved rooms (room rate + tax) charged by the hotel. Cancellation within 48 hours.

Advance Payment - Refer to as Payment made by guest/s for multiple room nights or the entire duration of stay at H99 exceeding (24) hours stay.

However in the event that the guest/s forfeits its obligation to stay within the covered period of the advance payments the Hotel has the right to forfeits the advance payments made by the guest/s. 

Or the guest/s may opt to pay on a daily basis upon expiration of stay at Hotel99 to avoid such inconvenience.

The Hotel 99 Incorporated does accept cash as payment upon check -In. A valid credit card with sufficient funds to cover room, tax and incidentals during guest/s stay and must be presented upon check -In. In the interest of security and to prevent fraud a valid ID is required upon check in.

Hotel has the right to vacate the room/s in the event the guest/s fails to pay upon expiration of stay at Hotel99.

• Hotel 99 is a Smoke Free Environment.
• Guests are requested to conduct themselves appropriately at all times and to comply with Company procedures, Rules, regulations and/or requests with regard to conduct and respect for the property of the Hotel, its employees and guests and their health and safety.  Guests are requested not to disrupt the comfort and enjoyment of other guests, the smooth running of the Hotel, or cause offence to other guests or our members of staff.  We reserve the right to refuse accommodation or services or remove you and members of your party from the Hotel if, in our reasonable opinion, we consider this provision to have been breached. Where this is the case shall have no obligation to refund you for lost accommodation, other services or any other loss or expense incurred.
• We reserve the right and hereby authorize the Hotel 99 to charge the guest/s for any damage incurred in the room of Hotel99 during stay (including without limitations) or for any items that are missing upon Check-out.
• All children (a person under 16 years of age) staying at the Hotel must be accompanied by an adult and must be supervised by an adult at all times.
• Cots and extra beds are available in most of our properties. However, these are limited and subject to availability. Additional charges may apply. 
• Check-in time is anytime of the day
• Check-out time is a full 24 hours length of stay 
• Pets are not allowed.
• Rooms are good for 2 persons only.
• Strictly no 2 male and 1 female will be allowed inside the room. 
• Strictly no 3 male will be allowed inside the room. You must be at least 21 years old to make a reservation.
• Personal checks are not accepted at the hotel. 
• MasterCard & Visa, cards are accepted.
• Credit card owner must be present and show an ID at check-in.

The Management of Hotel99 Inc. Hotel prohibits the carrying of firearms, anywhere on premise, except as authorized law enforcement officials, with authorization from the proper authority from Government Agencies.

Fire arms must be deposited at Hotel Front Office and guest/s must fill up Acknowledgement forms upon Check In, until the duration of stay at the Hotel, Firearms will be returned to the guest/s upon Check-out.

“Weapons” are defined herein as a handgun, electric weapon, knife (other than switchblade) any individual violating this policy may be subject to such penalties as exclusion or eviction from hotel property.
